Everything you need to get started and get results.

Getting Started

How to sign up

Go to app.flynton.com and click Create account. Enter your work email and password. Personal emails like Gmail and Yahoo are not supported — use your company email address.

Completing onboarding

Flynton's 5-step onboarding takes less than 10 minutes to complete.

Step 1 — Company details: Enter your company name, domain, industry, company size, your role, and team size.

Step 2 — Describe your product: Write a plain text description of your product. What does it do? Who uses it? What problem does it solve? The more detail you provide, the sharper your AI strategy will be. Flynton's AI reads this and builds your entire outbound strategy automatically.

Step 3 — Review your AI strategy: Flynton generates your Ideal Customer Profile, message angles per buying role, primary hook, channel plan, and a 12-step sequence. Review everything. Every AI decision has a "Why this?" button that explains the reasoning. Edit anything you disagree with.

Step 4 — Connect your email: Connect your Gmail or Google Workspace inbox via App Password. This allows Flynton to send outbound emails from your real email address — not a shared domain. Better deliverability, better reply rates.

Step 5 — Upload your leads: Upload a CSV file of your contacts. Flynton scores each contact against your ICP, groups them into accounts by company domain, and shows you who to contact first.

Uploading Contacts

Supported format

CSV file with the following columns.

Required: first_name, last_name, email, title, company, company_domain

Optional: linkedin_url, phone

Download the sample CSV

Go to the Upload page and click Download sample CSV. Fill it in with your contacts and upload.

What happens after upload

After uploading Flynton shows you a summary:

Total contacts imported — all valid contacts added to your database.

ICP targets — contacts whose title matches your AI-generated target roles. These are your best prospects.

Not relevant — contacts outside your ICP. Still imported but flagged for lower priority.

Companies — unique companies detected by grouping contacts by domain.

Multi-stakeholder accounts — companies where you have 2 or more contacts. These are your highest value accounts.

Duplicates removed — contacts already in your database are skipped automatically.

Personal emails blocked — Gmail, Yahoo, and other personal email addresses are rejected automatically.

Adding contacts manually

Go to the Contacts page and click Add contact. Fill in the details and click Save. ICP score is calculated automatically.

Creating a Campaign

Step by step

Go to Campaigns and click Create Campaign.

Give your campaign a name. For example: VP Sales Q3 Outbound or Head of RevOps — Series B.

Select your target ICP. Flynton shows you the buying roles from your strategy with the number of matching contacts next to each. Select the role you want to target or choose All contacts.

Click Generate Campaign. Flynton's AI creates a 12-step personalised sequence for your selected ICP. This takes 10 to 20 seconds.

Review the generated sequence. Each step shows the channel, day, subject line, and content. Click any step to edit the content. Every step has a Why this? button that explains why it was included.

Set your send timing. Choose what time of day emails should send, your timezone, and which days of the week. Default is 10am IST on weekdays only.

Click Launch Campaign. Your campaign is now active. Day 1 LinkedIn step appears in Today's Actions. Emails are scheduled automatically for future days.

The 12-Step Sequence

Flynton runs every campaign on a 12-step sequence across 4 channels over 21 days.

Step 1 — LinkedIn Connection Request — Day 1 — Manual
Step 2 — Email 1 — Day 2 — Automatic
Step 3 — Email 2 — Day 4 — Automatic
Step 4 — Call Script — Day 5 — Signal triggered
Step 5 — Email 3 — Day 7 — Automatic
Step 6 — LinkedIn DM — Day 7 — Manual
Step 7 — Email 4 — Day 10 — Automatic
Step 8 — WhatsApp Message — Day 10 — Manual
Step 9 — Email 5 — Day 14 — Automatic
Step 10 — Call Script — Day 14 — Signal triggered
Step 11 — Email 6 — Day 18 — Automatic
Step 12 — Breakup Email — Day 21 — Automatic

Automatic steps send from your connected inbox without any action from you.

Manual steps appear in Today's Actions for you to complete on LinkedIn or WhatsApp.

Signal triggered steps appear in your Call Queue when a contact opens your email 2 or more times.

Your Daily Workflow

Morning routine (15 minutes)

Check your daily digest email. Every morning Flynton sends you a summary of what is happening today, emails sending automatically, LinkedIn actions due, WhatsApp messages to send, and call queue signals.

Open your dashboard at app.flynton.com. The summary bar at the top shows today's actions at a glance.

Go to Campaigns and open Today's Actions. Complete your manual actions for the day.

Today's Actions

Email steps are sending automatically. No action needed from you.

LinkedIn connection request — click Open LinkedIn Profile, send the pre-written connection note, click Mark as Done.

LinkedIn DM — click Open LinkedIn, send the pre-written message to connections who accepted, click Mark as Done.

WhatsApp message — click Open WhatsApp, the message is pre-filled, click send, click Mark as Done.

Call — go to your Call Queue, use the provided call script, log the outcome after the call.

When a contact replies

Click Mark as Replied on that contact in Today's Actions. Flynton automatically pauses all future emails and actions for that contact so they never receive another automated message.

Call Queue

Two sections

High Intent — signal triggered calls.

When a contact opens your email 2 or more times Flynton detects this as a high intent signal and surfaces them in the High Intent section with a 4-hour call window highlighted. This is the best time to call — they were just reading your email. A personalised call script is ready for you.

Scheduled Today — sequence based calls.

These are calls scheduled as part of your 12-step sequence on Day 5 and Day 14. A full call script is provided for each contact.

Logging call outcomes

After each call select your outcome:

Connected — you spoke to them
Voicemail — left a voicemail
No Answer — they did not pick up
Call Later — they asked you to call back

Call script structure

Each call script has 4 sections:

Opening — introduce yourself naturally
Context — reference the email they opened
Value — state your key benefit in one sentence
Ask — request a 12-minute meeting

Contact Intelligence

ICP Score

Every contact is scored against your AI-generated target roles.

Strong match (80 and above) — the contact's title closely matches your ICP target roles. Prioritise these.

Moderate match (50 to 79) — partial match. Worth contacting but lower priority.

Not relevant (below 50) — outside your ICP. Still imported but lowest priority.

Sequence Status

Not started — contact has been uploaded but not yet added to a campaign.

In sequence — contact is currently being outreached through an active campaign.

Replied — contact responded to an email. Sequence is paused. Follow up manually.

Unsubscribed — contact clicked the unsubscribe link. They will never receive another email from Flynton.

Account Intelligence

Account Health Score

Flynton automatically calculates a health score for every account based on engagement.

Hot — at least one contact at this company opened your email 2 or more times or replied. Act now. These accounts are actively engaging.

Warm — at least one contact is in an active sequence and has been contacted. Continue nurturing.

Cold — no contacts at this company have been contacted yet. Start outreach.

Account Timeline

Click any account to expand it. Go to the Timeline tab to see every interaction with that company in chronological order — emails sent, emails opened, LinkedIn actions, calls made, and replies received.

Account Notes

Click any account and go to the Notes tab to add internal notes about the account. Useful for tracking conversation history and next steps.

AI Strategy

Your AI strategy is generated during onboarding and lives at Dashboard — AI Strategy.

It contains:

Ideal Customer Profile — your target roles, company size, industry, geography, funding stage, and pain points.

Message angles — personalised hook and approach for each buying role. VP Sales gets a different angle than Head of RevOps.

Primary hook — your single most compelling opening line.

Channel plan — how to use each channel effectively for your specific product and buyers.

Sequence preview — the first 3 steps of your AI-generated sequence.

Why this strategy — a full explanation of why the AI made the choices it did.

Regenerating your strategy

If your product or ICP changes go to AI Strategy and click Regenerate Strategy. Your current strategy will be replaced. Existing campaigns are not affected.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Questions we get before every trial.

Do emails actually come from my inbox or a shared domain?

Your real inbox. Flynton connects to Gmail Workspace or Microsoft 365 via OAuth and sends from your actual email address, yourname@yourcompany.com, not flynton@shared.io. This means emails land in primary, not promotions. Deliverability is 3× better than tools that send from shared infrastructure.

What does "explainable AI" actually mean?

How does it handle multiple contacts at the same company?

Is it compliant with GDPR and India's DPDP Act?
